Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are shipped from Costa Rica. Every order is picked up at our facilities, shipped via air to the destination country, Customs cleared at the destination country and then delivered to customer’s address. Some orders may experience detailed Customs inspection that could potentially delay the delivery. Depending on the destination country, Custom’s may apply taxes or other fees which are responsibility of the customer.

Transit Times

Available shipping services depend on the destination country. Customers may receive a tracking number for package follow up once an order is shipped. Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.  Purchases made during the weekends will be processed within the next 3 business days.  All estimated transit times are based on business days: Shipping Choice Transit time
